Our Story
Greenville's First Permanent Jewelry Store
The Greenville Spark is the dream realized by founder Robin Murphy. Back in early 2022, after struggling to find local options for permanent jewelry, Robin took matters into her own hands and started Sparked (Greenville), popping up all over the Upstate to introduce this unique, low-maintenance trend.
The demand quickly grew, and by the summer of last year, it was clear Greenville needed a dedicated home for permanent jewelry. We opened the first and only brick-and-mortar location to serve two key purposes: to create a fun, welcoming space for getting "sparked" with friends, and to offer a reliable, dedicated spot for permanent jewelry repairs—something the area lacked.
At The Greenville Spark, we believe jewelry isn’t just an accessory—it’s a story you wear every day. Our focus is to offer one-of-a-kind permanent jewelry pieces that combine style, durability, and just the right amount of sparkle to help your story shine.
THE GREENVILLE SPARK, OWNER
I've been happily married to Mike for over 25 years, and together we have one amazing daughter who we adopted from Guatemala. Since she's now in college, we're enjoying our life as empty nesters, which we share with our two playful Boxers Sully and Izzy. When I'm not at the store you can find me shopping or planning our next trip.
Oh, and fun fact — I have an identical twin sister!

The Greenville Spark is Greenville’s first and only boutique dedicated entirely to permanent jewelry. Located in District Midtown at 500 Congaree Rd, the store offers a fun, personalized experience where customers can create custom permanent bracelets, anklets, necklaces, and rings from a huge selection of gold-filled, sterling silver, and solid gold chains and charms. Alongside its signature jewelry experience, The Greenville Spark also features a curated retail section full of unique gift items. No appointments are needed—just stop by to get sparked and shop!
